The leading cause of death in the US according to the Center for Disease Control (CDC.gov) is Cardiovascular disease. CPRGlobalAcademy.com is committed to teaching useful techniques for saving lives. It is important to remember that Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can be applied in many ways. If a person has drowned, had a heart attack, had a stroke, went into cardiac arrest or is choking proper training could be the difference between life and death of the patient. If the patient is not breathing, is unconscious or has no pulse CPR should be applied immediately. Always remember proper CPR begins with chest compressions.

It is important to note that death is most likely to occur after 10 minutes of loss of oxygen to the brain. From 6 to 10 minutes brain damage is expected. From 4 to 6 minutes brain damage is very possible and from 0 to 4 minutes brain damage is virtually non-existent.

Understanding CPR

When the heart stops beating blood stops flowing throughout the body. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is when one person performs chest compressions and breathing into a patient who does not have pulse or who is not breathing. Chest compressions combined with breathing into the patient will carry the now oxygenated blood throughout the body and into the brain. CPR acts like an artificial heart moving the blood rich in oxygen into the brain.

If CPR is performed on the patient the chances of survival increases and continues to increase if the AED is applied and if medical help arrives within ten minutes.

Any persons who assist those who are injured, ill or in peril are protected by the Good Samaritan Law. As long as they're acting voluntary, without expectation of reimbursement or compensation while performing such aid, on site-they'll have legal protection. Remember, when performing CPR every second counts so, unless required otherwise, don't hesitate to call 911, perform CPR or external chest compressions immediately.

Before you attempt CPR upon a patient there are several things you must do. Make sure you and / or the patient aren't in any danger-if possible, resolve the danger and if not, move the victim out of harms way. If unable to, for whatever reason, immediately call 911.

Check the patient and see if he / she is conscious or not. Do not check for a pulse because time is of the essence and finding a pulse can take too much time. Call out to the patient asking, "Are you okay?" Repeat if necessary, and if the patient does not respond, immediately call 911 and then perform CPR-initiating Circulation, Airway and Breathing Tasks (the CA-B's) and not the AB-C's. Also, if possible have someone else call 911 and begin CPR, immediately.

It's important to note: that the latest 2010 AHA guidelines recommends in-confident performers should, at least, perform chest compressions upon the patient, since studies show chest compressions can be as effective as the combination of CPR.

C is for Circulation – Adult Compressions

Circulation – chest compressions circulate the blood within the patient. It's important to place your hands correctly upon the patient's chest. To do so, find the point where both halves of the patient's ribs meet, interlock your fingers and with the palm of your hand, you'll compress. It's important to kneel beside the patient while doing so, for maximum compression. Once in position, lock your elbows and use your body's weight to compress 2 inches upon the patient's chest. Compress again, once the chest inflates back into position. A ratio of 30 compressions to 2 breaths (30: 2) is the recommended amount while compressing 100 times a minute. Remember, you should administer CPR until help arrives.

A is for Airway – Clear the airway

Airway – Make sure the patient is on a solid surface (on the backside). Next, kneel next to the patient's neck and shoulders. Open the patient's airway by tilting the head back with the palm of one hand while gently lifting the chin with the other hand. For no more than 10 seconds, check for life: listen for any sounds, put your cheek next to the patient's mouth to feel any breaths while also looking for any motion. If the patient is …

In a new work supported by USA Triathlon (USAT), the governing body for triathlon and related multi-sport competitions, eighteen senior world champion triathletes offer bright-side strategies for minimizing frailties and maximizing possibilities for wellbeing, particularly exuberance, physical fitness, mental acuity, happiness and joy, meaning and relevance.

A treasure trove of 66 uncommon but plausible tips that, if practiced, should make life better (healthier), more enjoyable and more attractive. Not Dead Yet seeks to render getting older less daunting and more appealing for all who are, or want to be old someday, though not too soon!

Not Dead Yet provides what you must know about aging and thriving but may have been too polite or nervous to ask, not realizing that thriving at this stage of life was a realistic option. The focus of this work is upon positive, largely under-appreciated opportunities that can make the later years the best of times, by far. The humor and wit of the accomplished perennial triathletes, the eloquent words of Robert Green Ingersoll throughout and chapters on REAL wellness, frailty and death, meaning and purpose, epiphanies, fun, staying relevant and what’s left should appeal to readers of all ages.

The focus of Not Dead Yet is different from books on aging which overwhelmingly focus on medical advice oriented to frailties, illnesses and the looming presence of death, not successful adaptation to older age. The tips and other material in Not Dead Yet complement sound medical counsel, particularly with respect to the prevention of the usual difficulties, but the difference is dramatic because the focus goes beyond coping to exuberant living. Not Dead Yet tips represent an upbeat message; the commentaries do not focus on the dark side of aging. The participating champions don’t deny any of it, but they don’t dwell upon any of it, either.

While much valuable information about the difficult facts and dynamics of aging is common knowledge, the absence of the positive side of being in or near the retirement years tends to discourage older populations, not encourage positive actions that will improve health status. The emphasis in this book is on action – forward-moving attitudinal and behavioral advice.

In short, Not Dead Yet is wholly designed to foster proactive health-enhancing actions that add wellbeing and enjoyment beyond the absence of discomfort, limitations and suffering. The challenges of aging are well known, especially those dealing with negative changes physical and mental. The tips embrace the bright side of senior life, practical ways to bring a bit of Spring and Summer to the Fall of existence.

Readers will surely enjoy and act upon the words of wisdom from these senior champions and ponder their many recommended steps for success at aging. These writers want you to make the most of opportunities associated with being mature, wiser than ever and perhaps retired with more time to do what you want to do, with whom and when in ways you prefer to go about it. Elder life situations are rich with under-appreciated possibilities to do more while complaining and suffering less.

The ideas on aging comport with something the great American 19th century orator Robert Green Ingersoll (1833-1899) said of happiness, namely, that the time to be happy is now, the place to be happy is here and the way to be happy is to make others so. While we cannot directly make others happy, we can and are seeking, with Not Dead Yet, to provide sparkling tips and commentaries that will brighten the time remaining for all readers. We believe we can do this to some extent by inciting action on the part of readers to do more that can readily be done to enjoy good health and happiness, love and joyful living in the time remaining.

Vitamin E oil is renowned for its many amazing health properties as both an ingestible and topical curative. However, most people don’t know it’s also great for promoting penis health and support. Here are a few reasons why vitamin E oil makes penises great again.

In modern society, there’s no shortage of things people will due in the name of health and beauty. Expensive skin care and Equinox gym memberships keep bodies fit and skin glowing. Eschewing carbs for washboard abs is as common as breathing as people try to be their best selves. However, some men forget their penis when they think about overall health… that is, until something goes wrong. One of nature’s best ingredients can help keep the penis strong and full of life and keep minor and major issues at bay. Let’s look at some of the health and benefits of vitamin E oil on the penis and how to incorporate it into an everyday routine.

Whole Health Benefits of Vitamin E?

Vitamin E seems to do it all! It’s an antioxidant, mercilessly fighting the free-radicals that accelerate aging, cancer, and inflammation. It also is a heart-healthy vitamin which reduces cholesterol in the body, keeping blood vessels wide and open, perfect for pumping blood efficiently. It also reduces inflammation in the joints, boosts immunity, and makes skin soft and supple by retaining moisture and providing a shield from damaging UV rays. It also heals wounds, prevents itching, treats conditions like eczema and psoriasis, minimizes the appearance of scars, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles.

Penis Health Benefits of Vitamin E

In addition to full-body health, vitamin E oil has tremendous positive effects on the penis. It improves the penile skin, creating a surface that is not only healthy but inviting for partner or solo play. It also increases elasticity and has shown to be beneficial for men suffering from Peyronie’s disease, which is an extreme curve in the penis which can cause considerable pain as it’s been shown to help keep skin tissue healthy and straight and long. In addition, it boosts blood flow in the body, which is critical to healthy, strong erections.

Ingestible Sources of Vitamin E

There are tons of ways to get Vitamin E. For those who want to take a natural avenue to get their 15 mg per day in, enjoy foods like:

– Nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, and hazelnuts

– Wheat germ oil, sunflower oil, and safflower oil

– Fish like salmon, rainbow trout, and cod

– Other sea-fare like lobster, fish roe, and octopus

– Mangos, kiwi, avocado, blackberries, and mamey sapote

People who aren’t too keen on the foods above can also opt to use a high-quality supplement. Be sure not to overdo it, as there are negative effects to ingesting too much Vitamin E for those who use supplementation. For those that use food as their source of Vitamin E, it should be known it is very hard to consume too much through natural food sources.

Apply Topical Vitamin E Oil on the Penis for Optimal Health

Ingestible Vitamin E is a great way to get the minimum daily allowance. However, also putting Vitamin E oil on the penis is an ideal way to deliver the rejuvenating and revitalizing properties directly. An all-natural penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which has been clinically proven safe and mild for skin) containing vitamin E can be rubbed on the penis to heal, protect, and invigorate the skin. Other important ingredients a penis creme should contain include: shea butter, for moisturizing; Acetyl L Carnitine, for nerve healing and protection; Alpha Lipoic Acid, for cell turnover; vitamin A, for anti-bacterial properties; vitamin D, for anti-oxidant properties, and vitamin C, for collagen production and elasticity.

NCCA

Guess who’s the newest NCCA approved Certification? You got it, NETA!

Within the last few months, NETA is now recognized as one of the top certification programs with their accreditation from NCCA. Good news for us!

Certifications

NETA has two certifications, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. I’m going to concentrate on the Personal Trainer certification, but check out the website if you are interested in the Group Exercise Instructor certification as well. (It’s very similar to the Personal Trainer Certification)

The Personal Trainer Certification goes after my most valued aspect of training, actually practical hands-on experience in their training! Although you do NOT have to take any workshops or buy any materials to take the exam (unlike places like NASM), I believe it’s a required part of your education.

The exam materials are pretty cheap. My weak addition tallies all the books up to be a total of $80.

Reputation / Popularity

NETA is new on the scene and is not as recognized as the longer term players (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NCSF, NSCA). It’s going to take some time for people to know what NETA is, especially since it changed its name from NDEITA not too long ago. It also gets a bit confused with NESTA…needless to say, the Acronym Soup is getting mixed up quite a bit!

Eligibility

In order to sit for the NETA exam, you must be 18 years of age, have a current CPR certificate, and that’s it!!!

Exam

The exam is administered all over the country at various testing centers, called “Comira”, which is great news! As I mentioned, there is no pre-requirements other than what’s stated above to sit for the exam. You don’t need to purchase or attend any NETA courses to sit for the exam.

Although I recommend at least getting the books, you can really take advantage of their weekend workshops to really learn your material well.

Workshops

NETA offers a Personal Trainer Certification Workshop for a quite reasonable cost ($349 if you register 30 days before) and is available all over the country on the weekends.

It runs Saturday to Sunday and is equivalent to 14 CEC’s (for those of you who need a massive amount of CEC’s quickly for recertification!)

They also recommend that you purchase the $80 in reading material and study it before you attend.

Costs

So far, they’re not too bad in the cost department. Here’s the breakdown:

Workshop – $349 (early registration) to $389 (walk up)

Exam Alone – $249

Books Recommended – $80

Home Study Review – $39

These all seem quite reasonable to me, especially since the workshop should be local to your area, or at worst, a one night hotel stay.

Validity

NETA’s Personal Trainer Certification is valid for two years once you pass the exam.

CEC’s

The CEC requirement is for 20 hours of Continuing Education before you can renew your Certification. (Cost for Renewal – $45)

NETA accepts almost all the other NCCA CEC credits too. So you could take a CEC class for ACE (and still use it to recertify with ACE) and get credit with NETA too. Pretty slick, huh?

NETA does require that 6 of your CEC’s come directly from NETA, but that’s less than 40% of the requirement.

Check their website to verify that your CEC’s at other organizations will count, but their policy seems quite liberal. They aren’t trying to milk every single dollar from their members like a few of the other certification organizations.

Renewal

Renewal isn’t too difficult, you include any photocopies of your CEC classes(those that aren’t from NETA), the $45 fee, and the recertification paperwork postmarked by the expiration date.

If the letter is postmarked later than the expiration date, various fees are added based on how late the letter is received. After 180 days, you can’t renew and must recertify.

Summary

NETA is a new player on the NCCA block, which instantly gives it a lot of credibility that it didn’t have just a few years ago. They appear to really be working hard on expanding their client base with honest pricing, fantastic learning opportunities, and other amenities.

Although walking into a gym and saying you’re NETA certified …

Let’s start with the basic terminology with health medical plans (health insurance).  There are three basic coverages to a plan, the deductible and coinsurance (coins) and the frequently used copay.  I will explain them below.

Deductible: This is what you pay out of your pocket before the insurance company pays any claims. Deductibles are on an annual basis and reset every January first. This is similar to your car or homeowners insurance policy.

Coinsurance: Once you meet your annual deductible, the insurance company shares some expenses with you until you reach your annual maximum out of pocket. Plans are written as 80/20 plans or 90/10 plans, they always add up to 100%. This is not unlimited there is a stop loss for you.

Co-pay: A co-pay is the amount you pay for a visit to the doctor (HMO or PPO plans) or a pharmacy prescription plan. The copay has nothing to do with the annual deductible and not all plans have co-pays.

What should a family look for when buying health insurance?

If you see the doctor a lot or your children frequently need a doctor’s care you may want a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan. An HMO is a type of plan that has a network of doctors and facilities that you must go to for health care. Your health insurance company will have a list of doctors for you to choose from and the doctor you choose is the doctor you must go to when you feel sick.  You the patient is responsible for when you visit a health care facility with a co-pay, this is good for an individual or family with children that need to see the doctor many times in a year.

If you’re a person who does not go to the doctor a lot except for a checkup, you may want a PPO plan. These insurance plans have a network of providers that you can go to receive health care at a discounted or negotiated rate. Although there is a network of doctors who agree to the negotiated rate not all do and these are considered out of network. A PPO health plan allows you to go to out of network doctors but you will be responsible for the higher non-negotiated cost of health care.

The greater the insurance coverage, the higher the premium that you need to pay for individual and family health insurance.

Buying Health Insurance Online

The internet is a powerful way to shop for insurance. Most health insurance quotes from websites will let you run comparisons of all types of plans from all the top health insurance carriers. You can search and purchase insurance online without the need to talk to an agent. The prices for insurance plans are state mandated and no one website can give you a better quote than another.  Buying direct from the insurance company won’t save you money either, everybody has the same price.  Working with an agent gets you free advice and helps you sort out plans that are best for you.  So shop online, there is no obligation to buy and you can complete applications right online.

A dissolved oxygen meter is an absolutely essential tool. Any industry that takes an active interest in the quality of its surrounding water will use one of these tools on a regular basis. Oxygen is an essential component to all living things, and a lack of oxygen within a water source could mean certain death to various animals and important bacteria. With the use of this device, anyone can take the necessary steps to ensure that their waterways maintain a healthy balance for animal life.

This type of instrument comes in various guises, but they all serve the same purpose. A dissolved oxygen meter measures the amount of dissolved oxygen that is present within a water source. Polarographic sensors emit a certain voltage that can gather data regarding oxygen levels. Galvanic meters are considered to be more accurate, and do not use any electrical current. An optical florescence sensor is considered ideal for any measurements that last a long time. This type of instrument does not use up any of the oxygen when taking readings, nor is it effected by any outside substances. Therefore, it can be used for long periods of time without worry of any aging.

A dissolved oxygen meter can be used by anybody who is concerned with the health of their local water source, but this tool is commonly utilized by certain industries. Fish farmers tend to make good use of this tool as a way to ensure the health of the fish. Adequate oxygen levels will provide enough for the fish to breathe. Water treatment plants use a dissolved oxygen meter to make sure their treatment process is safe and effective. Any company that disposes waste into a water source is normally required by law to limit the amount they dump. This means it would be to their benefit to use a dissolved oxygen meter to make sure the water isn’t over polluted.

These instruments can range from $200 to around $1,400. Hanna is a brand that makes a wide range of meters. Among them is the Hi 93732N model. For roughly $250, this model can measure an oxygen range from 0 to 10mg/L. This is a typical polarographic sensor, and comes with a 9 volt battery.

Oakton also produces different models. Their DO 110 model can store up to 100 pieces of data in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. This is a galvanicmeter, and includes a probe for measurement. The display can read in mg/L, ppm, or % saturation range, and can also provide the water temperature range. It retails for about $600, and can be found at most major industrial supply website.

Water treatment, pollution control, fish farming, or any water based career will need to utilize the special functions of a dissolved oxygen meter to make sure their operations remain healthy for all involved.

I bet you are wondering about the thread here, huh? Quite frankly, now that I have written it, I am feeling a bit stretched to connect the dots in this title, but here I go…

I have a theory about Life: We are all born as donuts. Our purpose in life is to find our donut hole. The space of the donut hole is symbolic of our own personal and unique life purpose…our Calling. When we find this purpose and live it, we feel whole and complete.

However, there are also the deceptive dynamics of addiction that also can fill the donut hole. There are the more obvious addictive behaviors such as alcohol and drugs, but also the more subtle (and often socially encouraged) addictions such as compulsive spending, relationships, work, sex, food and exercise.

At first, these addictive activities do not seem to be addictive at all. In fact, they often seem to be quite fulfilling and enjoyable. However, addiction always grows bigger and bigger, and begins to eat away at the “donut”…your life! If it goes on untreated, then in the end there nothing but a huge donut hole left…total loss and despair.

However, there is hope. The first step is to be aware, and then you can set-up an “anti-addiction self intervention” program. The three steps that are necessary for such a program are to uncover, recover, and discover:

Uncover – Addiction is like mold in that grows and festers in the dark. However, its power is diminished when it is brought into “the light”. Create a powerful support network for yourself that you can check-in with on a regular basis. Ask them to help you stay accountable with any addictive tendencies. Always uncover those dynamic that the addictive force wants to deny and minimize. In other words, commit to “tell on yourself” on a regular basis.

Recover – Reclaim what has been lost or displaced. Define, or re-define, your values, your purpose, your vision, and your goals. Get clear about the boundaries you need to keep away from addictive triggers. Know your addiction early-warning signs and indicators.

Discover – Design and live your life from the present to the future. Create an exciting life plan that stretches you into new, unknown territory. Discover the “Land of Possibility”; those totally new and different people, places, and activities. Create an extensive list of “top-line” indicators; those positive influences that are furthest away from addictive energy.

Okay, there you have it: Donuts, Addiction, and The Meaning of Life. Let me know what you think. In the meantime…

Most of us didn’t learn a doggone thing in school that was in-sync with everyday living, especially when it comes to life and health. And you ask why? It’s because it just wasn’t taught. Period.

Somewhere, a long time ago, some NON-visionary individual implemented a lifetime of subjects, that MOST people NEVER use, threw them into dull, un-imaginary classes, and called it school (Sidenote: We actually ONLY needed a few of these subjects, really).

In someone’s estimation, this was WAY more significant than teaching us ‘how to think by using our OWN creative intelligence and how to take proper care of our bodies. So, here we are just starting to “catch on” to what’s REALLY important!

I said ALL OF THAT, to say this, “Who ever informed you how important it really Is to keep your colon clean and protected from disease?” And I already know the answer. NOBODY!

Our colons are basically the most important part of our entire digestive system. This is where DISEASE BEGINS, if it isn’t taken care of properly.

According to Health Line, your colon is responsible for absorbing the body’s nutrients and minerals, and absorbing the body’s water. It also eliminates the waste. In other words, the colon takes out the body’s garbage.

Your digestive system is your colon, your mouth, your esophagus, your stomach, and your small and large intestine. They’re all connected.

If any part of your digestive system doesn’t work properly, it means HUGE problems for you, all the way from CONSTIPATION through DIARRHEA, and everything in between.

Most people don’t ‘give a hoot’ about their colons, until they get sick. However, according to Health Line, again, colon issues can include Leaky Gut Syndrome, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chron’s Disease, Diverticulitis, Ulcers and Colon Cancer, to name a few. People who already have some of these diseases could give you an earful of what they go through everyday. You don’t have to let this be you!

So, if you have any colon or digestive issues, listen up! Now’s your time to be educated and to be more aware of keeping your colon and digestive system safe. It’s your INTERNAL INSURANCE POLICY that will keep you out of doctor’s offices and hospitals for years to come.

GREAT COLON STORY FROM THE COLON WHISPERER:

Why is the colon so important? by Toni Schumacher Lund

One day the body got together and decided to have a board meeting. Here’s what went on behind closed doors. There was intense discussion to determine:

WHO WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE BODY.

The BRAIN was the first to speak. “Without me, nothing would be accomplished.”

Then the HEART spoke up. “Without me, pumping blood to your brain you could not function.”

The ARMS laughed. “You’re both wrong, without me to put food in the mouth, nothing would work.”

The LEGS quickly added. “Without me you couldn’t get your food”

The STOMACH said, “Without me, your food would not digest.”

The LUNGS bellowed back, “Without me, you couldn’t breathe.”

The EYES blinked, “Without me you could not see.”

The KIDNEYS snorted, “Without me, you could not detoxify and eliminate.”

The COLON meekly spoke up. “I am important. You need me to eliminate all of the garbage from your systems.”

Everyone laughed and made fun of him. “How can you be as important as we are. You’re just a smelly old sewer.”

The poor colon… his feelings were hurt. He turned away, and thought, I’ll show them. HE SHUT DOWN!! Then he sat back and watched what would happen.

The BRAIN was stupefied.

The HEART’S beat was weak.

The ARMS and LEGS were weak and couldn’t move.

The LUNGS breathing was shallow.

The EYES became cloudy.

The KIDNEYS quit.

Then the COLON looked around and decided it was time to call another meeting.

It wasn’t too lively this time, but everyone was in total agreement.

The COLON WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT ORGAN.

SO HOW DO YOU PROTECT YOUR COLON?

Here are the 6 quick excerpts given by Cancer.org:

1). Get screened for colorectal cancer

2). Eat lots of vegetables, fruits and whole grains

3). Get regular exercise

4). Watch your weight

5). Don’t smoke

6). Limit alcohol

Now, for …

It will come as no surprise to any man to read that an erect penis is typically a vital component of sexual activity. Although a couple can have forms of sex (such as oral sex) in which a partner may be sexually satisfied without an erect penis being present, in most cases that erection is desired – by its owner, if not by his partner. Good penis health routines help to make an erect penis more likely, so gentlemen may wish to consider the following strategies which can be performed throughout the day to keep the penis healthy and more prone to erection.

– Start the day right. Men are familiar with "morning wood," that is waking up with an erect penis. Sometimes, it is an insistently hard erection, but in other cases it may be somewhat softer. In the latter case, try to spend a few minutes stroking the penis into a harder erection. (If there's time, feel free to masturbate to ejaculation.) Some doctors believe that taking advantage of a semi-erection and bringing about a full hard-on helps strengthen the penis.

– Have a cup of Joe. Some scientists believe that there are erectile benefits to caffeine, as it may help penis arteries to expand so that more blood can flow into the penis, thus strengthening its erection. So enjoy that cup of coffee with the knowledge that your penis may thank you for it.

– Plan your daily diet. Eating right is important for the entire body, and general physical health translates into better penis health as well. A diet which sees to an individual's needs through healthy food choices is best. Some scientists also believe that specific flavonoid-rich foods, including apples, pears, berries and oranges, keep the arteries in better shape for blood flow.

– Incorporate meditation breaks. Stress is a huge problem for many men, leading to serious issues including high blood pressure and strokes. Stress is also a killjoy when it comes to an erect penis. Men who experience stress – which often occurs during the workday – should find a way to incorporate 2 or 3 breaks of 5 or 10 minutes each into their day for meditation, which is shown to relieve stress. If finding a way to engage in actual meditation is difficult, try to take a nice walk outside in the sunshine or do a few exercises to release tension.

– Visit the gym. Keeping the heart healthy keeps the penis healthy, so getting an appropriate amount of exercise is crucial. Stopping by the gym on the way home from work and getting in some cardio exercises will keep those penile blood vessels happier and better prepared when a rush of blood is needed. Exercise helps produce nitric oxide, which is useful in artery and vessel expansion.

– Kick butts. If a guy smokes, stopping can be one of the most significant things he can do to improve not just his penis health but his overall health. Nicotine causes blood vessels to constrict, which is exactly the opposite of what an erect penis wants and needs. Quitting smoking can be difficult, but men who do smoke should take the first step on that road today.

– Brush well. Brushing regularly – at the beginning and end of the day at least – should be part of any dental hygiene routine – as well as of a penis health routine. Why? Plaque caused by gum disease creates inflammation which damages blood vessel cells, even those as far from the mouth as the penis. So brush well to keep the penis well.

Taking steps like these throughout the day can help strengthen the erect penis by improving penis health. That same health also benefits from the daily use of a first rate penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) . Choose a crème with L-arginine, an ingredient which is known to help boost nitric oxide production – which as mentioned earlier is a boon in keeping penile blood vessels open and expanded. In addition, find a crème with alpha lipoic acid, a potent antioxidant which protects penis skin from oxidative …

Most guys would like some tips on improving their sexual techniques, especially if it’s coming from someone who knows what they are talking about. Do you ever wonder how do pornstars last so long? I know I did. One of the most important ways to get better in bed is to learn about delaying ejaculation, so you can keep going until she is more than satisfied.

Now I am no more a pornstar than I am a Nobel Prize winning physicist. Luckily though, I do have some contacts in the film industry and through them I have managed to talk to some of male stars of the adult entertainment industry. Like anyone, if you buy them a few beers and explain your problems they are happy to help. I felt the information I managed to gain from these talks was just too important to keep to myself, so I thought I’d share it here.

Tip 1

Just like any sport, if you want to get better, you have to train at it. These guys told me that when they first started, they could last only as long as any one else. But they had an incentive to get better at it, they’d get paid more. The trick is to practice, lots. And at first, that means practicing by yourself. So if you want to last longer, work at it by yourself, but be disciplined. Go as long as you can, but stay in control.

Tip 2

Lube up and wear condoms. These are great ideas anyway, both to make things better for you and her, but also to protect against infections as well as pregnancy, but there’s another benefit. If you use them right the condom/lube combo will lessen the sensation for you but also make her more slippery, so you feel less friction. Combine this with a technique like her on top but lying against you and you can almost eliminate the most dramatic movements that get so many guys in trouble.

Tip 3

While you are still mastering things, if you happen to finish too quickly, stay confident. Never apologise, look the girl in the eye and just keep at it. You might have to use your fingers or other body parts but if she doesn’t seem satisfied, keep going. In no time at all you’ll be ready to go again and there’s no bigger turn off for a girl than a guy feeling guilty, or feeling sorry for himself. Everybody slips up, the real trick is not to let it affect you.

So there’s 3 quick and easy tips for how pornstars last so long. Use them and you can help to delay your own ejaculation, but also increase her enjoyment
