As a Flight Attendant with an erratic schedule I am always conscious about keeping healthy. The new cry out there by the general public is the use of body scanners that emit radiation doses. What people really don’t know is the health risk that flying itself gives. Flying gives you more radiation exposure than the body scanners ever will. Two minutes flying at 30,000 feet will give you as much radiation as a body scan! And by the time you are at a normal cruising altitude of 39,000 feet the total radiation is much greater than what it is at sea level. Flying in the upper thinner portion of the atmosphere increases your radiation exposure and doubles with every 6,000 feet of altitude!

For people who don’t fly that much I don’t think this is a concern and remember you can always opt out of the body scanner which is your right. But this can put you at the mercy of a full body pat down, which can be a very unpleasant experience. But for Frequent Flyers and Flight Crews who fly commercial airlines at high altitudes, we are subjected to higher than normal radiation levels from the sun and cosmic rays. And in the event of a solar flare radiation is even worse. This raises a real health risk because we are exposed to more radiation than any other occupation out there!

It is amazing to me why our employers do not educate us about this risk. European carriers make it mandatory that Flight Crews be educated about cosmic radiation. And also I wonder why we are not monitored as most health professionals who frequently deliver x-rays and cancer treatments. It only takes about six or seven trips from New York to Narita Japan to exceed the general public limits. That is more than any health professional gets that delivers x-rays!

Everyone is exposed to some radiation every day. Cosmic radiation which comes from the sun is a form of Ionizing radiation; charged particles that go through our bodies all the time which unbalance us. But we are protected by most of them because the earth’s atmosphere absorbs much of this and deflects them before they reach us. So the higher you are the less atmosphere to protect you. And too much exposure can lead to tissue and genetic damage that cause cancer and other diseases.

We are all aware that the sun’s ultraviolet radiation can damage skin cells which may lead to skin cancers, but at a high energy it becomes ionizing radiation which can lead to chemical reactions inside cells and break DNA chains which mutate the cells and become cancerous. If it occurs in a sperm or egg it can result in birth defects which is why pregnant women should never be subjected to x-rays.

There is a tremendous amount of evidence that female flight attendants have higher rates of breast cancer then the rest of the population. We also must take into consideration that our life style of constantly crossing time zones can throw off our hormones, messes with our serotonin and dopamine which can also play a big part in causing cancer.

Luckily for most flight personnel, we don’t have to go through the body scanners because who wants that additional dose of radiation… But our Frequent Flyers are not so lucky. Although the machines they say are a very low level and not like an X-ray at all, experts claim the machines are not harmful. I believe it’s still too early to tell.

But although we are not going through the body scanners we are still at a higher risk. Robert Barish who is a physicist and author of “The Invisible Passenger: Radiation Risks For People Who Fly” says crewmembers are exposing themselves to more radiation than almost any other occupation out there.

So how much flying is too much?

There are two organizations “The U.S. National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements” and the “International Commission on Radiological Protection”. They both have established the radiation tolerance for air crews and the general public. A week’s worth of natural background radiation is about 2.4 mSv a year. The group goes on to say …

Do we really need another nature poster in our life? Probably. The fact is, many of us work in offices, or an environment that’s not overly natural, whereas a fortunate few of us do have an office set up in a natural setting.

And my guess is, that’s what a lot of us are aiming for. Somewhere in our dreams of how we see our life unfolding, we hold mental pictures of us in nature or in a natural environment. This might be a farm, or even indoor garden, anywhere where we can get that necessary direct contact with nature.

But how can a nature poster help us?

More and more, research is pointing to the value of direct contact with nature, informing us that it leads to increased mental health and psychological development and explains why city-dwellers have such an attraction for nature.

Cities have their place. And when we get out of the city we can appreciate nature even more. Nature allows us to free up our senses more, reduce stress, relax and enjoy the tranquility of it all.

I feel inspired when I look at a nature poster…

That’s right. Research shows that a window view of nature (rather than a built environment)… improves work performance in job settings, and increases job satisfaction. (This may also help explain the predominance of posters and picture calendars with nature scenes on walls of windowless office cubicles).

So there you have it. And of course, a nature poster is often very beautiful to look at, so that’s a positive aspect. We can’t all be hanging out in national parks or on Antartic ice caps or on the top of Mount Kilamanjaro. There’s just too many of us! For most of us, the concept of doing such a thing is way too big anyway.

So next best is to get a visual picture of what we know exists, what we often find to be profound and truly amazing. Viewing a nature poster bring us back to a humble, awe like state where often we can grasp an appreciation for just how magnificent and incredible we are, and nature is. In fact, it’s one and the same, but that’s another story.

Nature experiences increase fascination, intrinsic interest, and enjoyment. The wilderness inspires feelings of awe and wonder… individuals feel better acquainted with their own thoughts and feelings, and they feel ‘different’ in some way — calmer, at peace with themselves, ‘more beautiful on the inside and unstifled.’

So where were we? Ah that’s right, nature posters. For a moment then, I was completely zoned out in some beautiful, misty zen Japanese garden! You can’t get too much of this stuff. Obviously we all need it, and it’s a part of us. A nature poster gives us the ability to connect, to go there, to travel to a place of wonder and beauty.

I know, it’s just a poster. But surely if it moves us in some way, be it just briefly, it can motivate us to move towards our dreams and realization of our goals. A nature poster is certainly inspiring. How many times have you heard yourself saying wow I want to do that or I want to go there?

And you can, if you really want to! And just think – we see in pictures. So by looking at a nature poster maybe you can imagine, or see yourself in a similar environment, or doing something you’ve always wanted to do.

Or of course just enjoy the sheer pleasure of the moment!

Have fun. And when you come back, tell me.

Water boiled before drinking it is one of the recommended practice by health officers especially in the third world countries where their source of drinking water is not safe and sometimes the causes for some incidence of common illness for children.

Those living in the remote areas, in the farms and far flung barrios are the one victims of these infectious diseases of catching water-borne diseases because of drinking unsafe water.

To ward-off the impending occurrence of water-borne diseases, boiling your drinking water is the safest way. Study shows, that water boiled for three minutes kills bacteria, including disease-causing organisms and giardia cysts. However, boiling concentrates inorganic impurities such as nitrate and sulfates. Water that undergoes heating process also tastes flat because the carbon dioxide is removed.

In the most advanced countries, drinking water is safe and they’re already treated to meet International Safety Standard, not like in the poor countries that they’ve to dwell on making some innovation just to give safe drinking water to its populace.

And heating their water before drinking is only the best alternatives.

8 Advantages

1. Kills some bacteria, viruses, cysts and worms.

2. The simplest and easiest method of disinfecting to remove pathogens from the water.

3. Removes some microorganisms and some chemicals and other components that can be present in drinking water.

4. Effective in destroying several classes of waterborne pathogens like; bacterial spores, fungi, protozoan, and helminth ova.

5. No need for a skills training in boiling water as long as it is boiled at the right heating temperature to kill waterborne diseases.

6. It is safe as against the fresh tap water.

7. Drinking boiled water everyday increases your blood circulation.

8. Some studies suggests that by drinking hot water, removes some built deposits in our nervous system. These deposits are responsible for creating negative thoughts and emotions.

There are still lots to learn about the importance of boiling water for the safety of our body against some major diseases that caused illness to some people especially children and adults who are vulnerable by drinking unsafe water.

Language is usually considered to be an effective tool for communication between people in the process of transferring their ideas, message, knowledge etc. Languages of India are a great unifier as well as divider of people. Translation, whether it is a general translation dealing in languages of India, requires utmost care in transforming the text from the source language to the target language. The translator who translates and checks the Indian languages document should have in-depth knowledge in languages of India. The translator should also have a good grasp of the subject matter under consideration.

India is a land of many regional languages spoken in different regions. Hindi is the National language and spoken widely in Northern India. Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Gujarati, Sindhi etc are the regional languages spoken in different regions of India. So reaching the larger general public means reaching through translator and their translation services. Today with the advent of internet, the dependence on internet for education, business, health etc. have been made easy. Now most of the business transactions, distance education, health advice through video conferencing, online shopping etc are readily accessible to general public through the internet from any corner of the country.

The translation documents translated by translator enable the readers from various part of the country to read through the local language websites. Through this unique Indian language facility, an online business company can transact with consumers easily. All type of national business meetings can be held with multilingual participants from different parts of the country and this helps to promote business within the nation. Moreover, marketing brands becomes an easy task with the help of Indian language translation features where the common customer can easily enquirer without speaking in languages of India.

The accuracy with which the local language translation features deliver the message is very important whether in business, selling products or education. This accuracy mainly depends on the closeness in meaning of the word translated into the required Indian language. It is a common belief that anyone who knows Indian languages can do the translation services. Mere knowledge of local languages does not qualify translator for professional translation. The translator should have good knowledge of at least two local languages, a mother tongue language and another local language.

Another quality of a good translator is that he/she should have the writing skill. Another important point to look forward in a good translator is that he/she should be able to translate the text according to the target culture.Indian translation is a complex task and hence the translators should have more patience, experience and above all concentration while doing the work. He/she is required to read and comprehend the information to be translated first and then start doing the work.

If you are a major movie buff, there are few things in life that get you pumped than finding out what new movie releases are coming up. While great new movies can be see throughout the entire year, you know you are stoked because it’s summer, and that can only mean one thing – summer blockbuster!

There are, no doubt, many reasons why certain movies are released at certain times. Moreover, summer seems to be always filled with movies that really bring the fun, the entertainment, and the overall bang for your buck. It makes sense, too. Young kids and teenagers are all on summer vacation, which means that there is a need to fill time during the day and evening. There is also a higher incidence of date nights at this time of year, which means couples are chomping at the bit to have fun at the movies.

So, whether you are just a big fan of watching movies or maybe you’ve decided that this is the summer to craft your movie buff alter ego, this summer looks to be absolutely brimming with top-notch cinematic offerings.

Here are five new movie releases you definitely need to see this summer:

Ocean’s 8 – An all-female and diverse ensemble cast takes on the Hollywood heist movie in a way that seems to say, “Move over, boys. We’ve got this.”

Tag – Based on a true story of childhood friends that decided to take their love of a game of tag to new levels & turn it into a truly epic adventure. At the heart of it all is their love for each other.

Solo: A Star Wars Story – Haven’t you ever wanted to know how Han met Chewie or how the MIllenium Falcon came into the picture? Also, how did the two coolest cats in the galaxy (Han & Lando) get to know each other?

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom – After the destruction of the Jurassic World theme park, a mission to save some of the remaining dinosaurs from a natural disaster proves to be only the tip of the iceberg.

Deadpool 2 – The first installment was a pretty interesting breath of fresh air in the superhero genre of films. This sequel aims to blow the doors off of its predecessor. Just checking out the addition of a random guy named Peter into the X-Force (interviews wearing a Member’s Only jacket & khakis) is worth it.

New movie releases aside, maybe it’s time you just decided to put the world away for a couple of hours while you enjoyed a good movie. We live in such a hectic society that puts pressure on everyone to work until they can barely function. Doesn’t it seem a little more worthwhile to take your sweetheart out for a nice date night or maybe get the kids together for a kids’ choice movie night? This summer’s movies might just be what you’ve needed.

In this fast-paced western society we are constantly connected and available 247, we have information flowing into us on a daily basis and there’s an increasing expectation for us to respond instantly. Given all of this, there a growing need for us to be operating or functioning in terms of our mental health not just at ‘normal’ or ‘acceptable’ levels, but ‘optimal’ levels.

Optimal means we are functioning at the highest levels mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, such that we’re able to cope well with the demands of life. If we are operating at sub-optimal level, it’s much harder for us to perform even the basic of life’s functions.

So how do we ensure our health and wellbeing levels are what they should be?

One key contributory factor for long-term mental health and wellness is to ensure we have 7-9 hours of good quality sleep per night.

Repair

Sleep repairs the body. This has a positive knock-on effect to how you function cognitively the next and following days. When we sleep, we sleep in cycles of 60-90 minutes. During that time we oscillate between deep (so-called delta) sleep where the body repairs itself and the lighter REM sleep.

Recall

REM (rapid-eye-movement) sleep, or lighter sleep, moves information from your short-term memory to your long-term memory. This helps you to better recall information you absorb on a daily basis. It is during this REM phase of sleep that your eyes move rapidly from side to side (hence the name) and that you dream.

Rhythm

Getting to bed at the right time (ideally 10pm) and getting the right amount of sleep every night keeps your circadian rhythm in check. Your circadian rhythm is your natural body clock that gives you signals when it’s time for you to sleep and when it’s time for you to wake up. Working shift patterns (especially night shifts) can knock this out of balance which can have major consequences not only for your mental and physical health but also for your gut health.

Lack of good quality sleep means that instead of being fully awake and energised during the day, you may find yourself sleepy, sluggish and unable to focus for any significant length of time. In addition, when you’re in bed at night you may feel ‘tired and wired’ (meaning your body is physically tired, but your mind is wide awake and you’re therefore unable to sleep).

Melatonin, the hormone that prepares your body for sleep, and serotonin (your awake hormone) need to be in balance for you to function at your best in the day. This means melatonin kicks in naturally from around 9pm (to help you sleep) until about 7am when serotonin is released to take you through the day. When this melatonin, serotonin cycle is in balance you are fully awake during the day and sleepy at night (when you should be). This in turn means you get a better night’s sleep.

Immune Booster

So never underestimate the power of sleep if you value your health and wellbeing. Good quality sleep not only helps us function more effectively, it also boosts our immune system, helping us to stave off viruses and other infections that we would more easily catch with an inferior level and quality of sleep.

Sleep is therefore one of the fundamental pillars of amazing health and wellbeing. Without it we may over time find ourselves not only operating under par but opening ourselves up to chronic exhaustive conditions such as ME, chronic fatigue syndrome, or fibromyalgia. These conditions can be debilitating and could, if not kept in check, leave us either bed bound or wheelchair bound.

So a key way to look after your mental health over the long term is to ensure that you not only get your 7-9 hours but that you ensure that you go to bed at the right time to increase your chances of getting a much better night’s sleep.

Osteoarthritis is the breakdown of cartilage, a spongy protein that covers the ends of the bones within a joint. Normal cartilage helps with shock absorption by serving as a cushion at the ends of the bones. The cartilage as the fluid within the joint allows for smooth joint movement. As osteoarthritis progresses, the space between the bones narrows, the cartilage wears down and the underlying bone is exposed. This results in painful movement of the joint as well as limited motion. Bone spurs can develop around the joint, limiting motion further and contributing to more pain. Inflammation plays only a minor role in osteoarthritis.

There are many causes of osteoarthritis, the most well known is the aging process. As we age, the water content of cartilage increases and the protein content decreases. As the water content increases, the cartilage becomes softer, more permeable and loses it’s mechanical properties. The protein content decreases which contributes to slow degeneration of the cartilage, resulting in flaking and erosions.

Other causes of osteoarthritis include abnormal bone alignment. In the foot, the most common cause is faulty foot mechanics. When the foot is not in alignment and not functioning properly, this causes abnormal stress on joints in the foot, ankle, knee, hip and back. Trauma is a well known cause of arthritis. Direct trauma can disturb the joint structures, cause mal-alignment of the joint or cause weakness of the surrounding structures, resulting in instability of the joint and eventual osteoarthritis. Other causes, such as infection, medications (such as steroids) and genetics contribute to the development of arthritis.

Obesity is a common cause of arthritis. The exact mechanism of how excess weight influences osteoarthritis is unclear. Although the excess load placed on joint surfaces will accelerated the breakdown of cartilage, obesity is also correlated with osteoarthritis of the hand, indicating a more systemic cause. Obesity increases the chances of having metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome is a condition characterized by a set of risk factors which are linked to coronary artery disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes. The risk factors include high blood pressure, abdominal obesity (fat around the waist), abnormal cholesterol levels (such as high triglyceride levels & low HDL levels) and insulin resistance (which corresponds with high blood sugar). The underlying theories of metabolic syndrome are tied to the body’s metabolism, most likely insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is the cells inability to efficiently use insulin, a hormone which transports sugar from the bloodstream to the cells. The result is high blood sugar. Insulin resistance is correlated to weight gain and inactivity.

In a recent study in the journal Skeletal Radiology, popliteal artery wall thickness was evaluated in individuals with osteoarthritis. Forty-two patients who were diagnosed with osteoarthritis at multiple joints were compared to 27 patients without osteoarthritis (the control group). An MRI of the knee was used to evaluate vessel wall thickness of the popliteal artery. The osteoarthritis group had thicker vessel walls than the control group, even when the researchers made adjustments for gender, weight and age. Because vessel wall thickness is directly related to high blood pressure and peripheral and coronary artery disease, the authors suggest that osteoarthritis might be another facet of metabolic syndrome.

One theory to explain the link between osteoarthritis and metabolic syndrome is based on white blood cells, immune fighting cells, increasing in areas where fat accumulates, especially around the abdomen (abdominal obesity). As the white blood cells increase, they contribute to widespread inflammation in the body, causing a pro-inflammatory state (as indicated by high blood levels of C- reactive protein) and the production of immune chemicals (specifically cytokines) which cause a chain reaction resulting in damage to the cartilage. The combination of insulin resistance and the pro-inflammatory state may also affect the normal cartilage repair process.

It is possible that osteoarthritis might be an inevitable outcome for those with metabolic syndrome.

What is Cornsilk?

You might have heard of the name corn silk and wondering what it is. Actually there is nothing complicated with corn silk as it is actually the grain you see inside the corn which you enjoy having in the form of snacks. This is actually a part of Indian food and you can also see a long-hair like string deep inside the corn grain. The shiny hair inside the corn husk indicates the name silk and it is known as zea mays in Latin. Corn silk is very widely used in many medical products as the main ingredient in order to cure many diseases especially while undergoing alternative treatments.

How Is Corn silk Harvested?

You are asked to cultivate the corn silk before the pollination season. This is because after pollination the color of the corn silks turns brown and with the passage of time it will become dry thereby posing difficulties for growing the plant. Actually the corn silk can be obtained in light green or yellow color. It is very important to make use of only fresh corn silk while making various medicinal products.

You can find huge cultivation of the silk in North America right from the ancient times. This is the main reason behind the demand and the popularity of the corn silk in the country. This is used for many medicinal purposes especially in the treatment of heart condition, urinary troubles, malaria, and jaundice and even at the stages of obesity. This also acts as an important medicine during child-birth mainly to control the bleeding of blood which is usually common during this situation.

Can Cornsilk Be Used As Detox Herb?

It is true that corn silk can be widely used for the detoxification of the body. Many studies have been conducted in this field and these studies have revealed the fact that it is rich in vitamin K and it aids in cleansing the body by removing many waste particles through the natural elimination process. Mainly these substances help in increasing the capacity of the kidney to remove waste particles from the body thereby flushing out toxins from the body. Also it helps in clearing the urinary track and also purifies the blood in the body from the harmful effects of toxins.

Corn silk is used as herb in various alternative medicines in order to protect the body from many bacterial attacks and other infections. This plant helps in protecting the body by helping the kidney to remove harmful particles thereby preventing any other kidney related infections from the body. It is also given to small children with problems of bed wetting at younger stages of life and this is very useful in preventing the incident again. Also this is taken by adults in order to protect the body from the bacterial attacks instead of taking any other anti bacterial medicines. This also helps in keeping the entire body fit by preventing any inflammations that can happen with the passage of time. Also it helps in clearing the urinary bladder from any infections due to the accumulation of toxins instead of taking any other kinds of medicines.

Recommended Dosage Of Cornsilk Herb For Treatment

You can take corn silk teas at least trice a day. This can be prepared by adding two teaspoon of herb into water and must boil the mixture for about 10 to 15 minutes. Some of them will find it difficult to sip this type of tea and in that case you can take tincture of corn silk at least three times a day. This can be taken by having 3 to 6ml of tinctures daily.

Kidney Detox Benefits

Corn silk will help in the proper functioning of kidney without causing any effects. Kidney usually functions in order to pump out the toxic waste particles from the body in the form of urine that is excreted out of the body. Corn silk will help the kidney to carry on with the process effectively even after the accumulation of large amount of toxins in the body. This will thereby help in purifying the blood in the body. Also the problem caused by kidney stones due to the intake …

Americans have been told to diligently monitor their cholesterol levels, and if it rises above specific thresholds, 200 for total cholesterol and 130 for LDL, they need to take steps to bring it down to acceptable levels. This is important if we are to avoid heart disease. The result is that about one fourth of all Americans 45 years and older are taking a statin drug, according to the National Center For Health Statistics. While these drugs are successful at improving lipid profile, they are expensive and may cause side effects. Another option is to start an exercise program. Not only can you bring your cholesterol levels down, you would also enjoy the other benefits of an active lifestyle such as better energy, improved mood, and a stronger immune system.

Exercise can improve lipid profile by decreasing LDL and increasing HDL. This is done in a variety of ways. One of the most obvious ways is by allowing you to maintain a healthy weight, which is associated with lower LDL levels.

Researchers also believe that there are 2 other ways that exercise can reduce LDL. The first way is that exercise increases the size of the proteins that carry cholesterol through the blood. Smaller denser particles are considered more dangerous because they can get into the linings of the heart and blood vessels and cause damage, so keeping these particles larger reduces the risk of heart disease.

The second way is that exercise stimulates enzymes that help remove LDL from the blood and blood vessel walls and moves them to the liver for excretion. This is important because the body needs cholesterol for healthy functioning but it needs a way to get rid of the cholesterol when it is done with it. This process is a way of staying balanced.

Exercise can also raise HDL levels. Most studies have shown that aerobic exercise can increase HDLL by 3-6%.

So what kind of exercise is most effective for cholesterol levels? Research has shown that intense exercise is effective at improving levels, while less intense exercise is effective at maintaining levels. An elliptical trainer is a versatile fitness machine that will allow you to design a workout routine that will achieve either of these goals. If you are a couch potato and want to become fit you can start our slow, then use the features of the elliptical, such as resistance, incline, and strides per minute, to gradually increase the intensity as your fitness improves. The lower rate of perceived exertion, which means your body is working harder than it feels, makes it easier to maintain intense exercise levels. Since an elliptical workout is low impact, you can enjoy the benefits of fitness even if you have joint problems. And the pre set programs allow you to vary your workouts which will help avoid burnout.

Maintaining health cholesterol levels is important if you want to live a long and active life. A regular exercise program on a new or used elliptical trainer can give you a healthy lipid profile without the use of expensive drugs that may cause side effects.

Self-think has the power to make or break anyone. The power of thought can be examined through word release and illustrated behaviors. In order to become whole, positive thinking must increase to escape random negative cycling. Advancing the fragments of your power key, unlocks the door to self-realization and success. Working your, you vision; scoping inner works; curing grounds, through planned demolition can be exciting and invigorating as it solidifies wholeness of health, love and soul. Time is worth its weight in gold, highly valuable, irrevocable, able to leap a mountain in a single bound, faster than a speeding bullet, totally performance measureable.

Many would agree that we never get enough of it, yet most people take it for granted and then draw back perplexed as to where it was all spent, having nothing substantial to show for it. That was the good news, here’s even better news, time, so long as it’s on your side welcomes your go at it. It is said that, until you value your time, no one will find you valuable. Wasting time sends a serious message to those who are or could be potential stakeholders toward your “making-me-over project”. In summary those who waste their own time pretty much would be of very little value to the next guy. Becoming whole in a fraction rich world, of individuals looking in all the wrong places, can be an erroneous and disappointing pursuit. Whole is something that begins and evolves within. People who think and live in fractional states are not doing so, because they were created that way. They delay wholeness and success because of poorly planned take-offs i.e. execution.

There are critical steps that if overlooked could potentially wind up much like a rocket exploding before getting off the ground. What’s in your hand, who’s heading plans, what’s in your way? These are important questions in the equation that should be taken seriously. Where are you going, before doing the ground work in the way of discovery? Coming to know self may not an easy pill to swallow, but if you begin to nibble on the truth after a while it does the body good. It may not taste so hot at first, in fact it might even stink, but it gives you a chance to remix the recipe cutting back here, adding there, mixing thus and such. Step 1, will begin by taking your mind, eye and ear off others, for a season. This is a critical time during which you will need to be a little selfish so that when you get back to being selfless you will be of greater value to self and others. Get to know the brand true you, the “not so bad after all” person that drives destiny and does not mind leaping even, against all odds. Looking at self is major but it ensures grounds for become one success, in three phases; “Demolition Readiness”; “Branding My Brilliance” & “Authentic and Loving It.” Demolition Readiness.

  1. Settle down, be still, increase focus and clarity
  2. Take a deep look at your authentic self
  3. Be honest assess the good, bad and indifferent
  4. Note the falsities, fruitless and potentially detrimental
  5. Be willing to make adjustments; evacuate/eliminate for the greater good
  6. Assess strengths, celebrate the discovery of developmental opportunities
  7. Schedule Demolition, begin with self
  8. Prepare your runway for both take-off and landing

How awesome it will be to discover that the whole, draw success from near and far, are magnets for love and frequent the “yes” zone. They are clear winners and people want to attach themselves to winning networks. Getting to the yes can be like daily bread, making you more than marketable, by becoming an unconquerable brand. Be mindful, time requires that you respect, maximize and honor the grace it offers. Don’t put off tomorrow what can anchor your win today. Get that slate straight, spend quality time with self. You deserve your undivided attention and will celebrate what you’ve done and become. Defy the eleventh hour’s grip as you have the power to break the bondage of procrastination.
